If you are offering a Wellbeing Weekend or a yoga package you can offer them a 'Yoga Welcome Outfit' when they book - so that on their arrival there's a beautiful outfit in their size waiting for them - to add to the personal touch.

Shipping - All orders are sent via airfreight or courier to most destinations via our safe/fast and efficient service. You will be advised of all shipping details once your order has been shipped. The majority of shipments take 2-3 days to most destinations, excluding customs clearance at the destination, which will take a further 3-5 days. Packing - Every order will arrive with a packing list. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of the goods, where we will send you the replacements on our cost.

Returns - Asquith London only supplies items of the highest quality and it is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all of our customers arrive in perfect condition. Should any products be damaged by quality or workmanship problems, Asquith London will replace your purchase including shipping costs. Please note damages incurred during shipping are not the responsibility of Asquith London.

Refunds - Refunds will only be given at the sole discretion of Aquith London and assessed on a case by case basis.

Claims - Asquith London must be informed of any damage to the product within 48 hours of delivery - contact us at wellbeing@asquithlondon.com.

2. Include the original receipt and a description of why the item is being returned
3. Send it via courier or traceable mail option
4. Check your email. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
